"My m9m and I had to evacuate due to hurricane Milton. The hotel is older, but our room was nice. The bed was very comfortable. My highest rating goes to the room attendant Paul. He went far above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasant. He took note that my mom is elderly and assisted me in loading all of our luggage and pups when we left. I would give 10 stars just for him!!!"
